My work requires standing and moving fast all day. After 7 hours sometimes 10 hours shifts, my feet get sore. Someone told me this is a symptom of Plantar Faciitis. Then I searched a solution for that. I found this. Initially I found the heel was too hard and the edge of this heel cup causes a friction and I was getting a different soreness. However, the more I used it, the softer the edge became. Then now I feel this is my essential item for work. My feet soreness and lower back pain has been eased by this cup. I bought another pair to give this my mum too because she complains about the soreness of her feet after her walk. Will see how she thinks.

The heel cups are great for plantar fasciitis. I have compression socks, but the cups are better.
The only thing I am a bit disappointed about is the fact that they flatten out after a few weeks :( In saying that I just put in a order for more and have passed Pain Relief Australia on to friends and family suffering with this condition or for being on their feet all day.
