I recently returned from a 17 hour flight. I wore my compression stockings and had no problems with leg/ foot swelling.
I do have a lung condition and take fluid tablets. Past flights have resulted in painful swelling, so I was delighted not to have any issues on this occasion.

I purchased these socks from me recent long haul flight to Kansas city form brisbane - longest leg was Sydney - Dallas at 16 hrs and add an extra hour on the return leg home. I cannot tell you how much these compression socks helped me . I had ZERO leg/ankle swelling, and no aches and pains. I am a very petite fit woman and no health issues but on a long a haul flight I always swell terribly ( even though I'm constantly moving ). If you do anything for your health i would HIGHLY recommend these socks for flights they do exactly as they claim. An absolute god send truly. They are firm on the legs for sure but they are not uncomfortable at all.

I trialed hiking in my Pain Relief socks just last week while in Tassie. Each day hike was between 15 and 20 kilometres. The socks were very comfortable and provided great support for my legs. (I have had treatment for varicose veins in the past). My legs didn’t feel heavy, hot or tired, as they sometimes do. I will purchase more pairs of socks to wear to work. They were fabulous. Well , I was sceptical at 1st , but these have been a god send. My left leg was damaged from the knee to ankle and has given problems since , but now with some Edema , these Legease Socks are giving me great relief of symptoms. I can wear them all day & walk around with almost zero discomfort. I've even done a day of just over 9000 steps ! I love them !

These compression socks are the best and that is why I keep coming back to buy replacement socks when they wear out plus they are machine washable unlike those hospital grade compression stocking which have to be hand wash and left to dry on a heated towel rail or indoor clothes rack
