Pretty good support but unfortunately doesn’t support my injury as well as I like as it’s a bit complicated. But has good compression although I should have sized up. But for people with less severe ankle injuries or issues it would be really great!

Once I actually worked out how to wear the ankle sleeve I was good to go and it is really supportive. It came with no instructions on how to put it on or wash it which was very frustrating. I found out from my osteo that I was actually wearing it upside down for my ankle injury. Other than that it works really well.

This brace is very good. I have been using it with a compression Bandage up to my knee. I have tendonitis in my Achilles tendon which is agitated if I hurry around too fast so I strap it up like this before I go to work as my job is very labour intensive. Extremely good. I'm waiting for an elasticated Velcro bandage to try and see if that's even better. Definitely Recommend the ankle brace

Good for light support if you have a strain and get sick of strapping.
I would say if you have a tear or anything serious see your physio and get proper ASO braces.
I'm using this as I have plantar fasciitis but also tendonopathy in my ankle.

I bought this ankle brace as my ankles hurt when I walk. I have severely flat feet and an inward pronation. Whilst I do have Podiatrist's orthotics, my ankles still need the extra support.
I have used the ankle brace on both ankles, when I go for my fast walks. They make the walks do-able and my ankles, after a stretch afterwards, feel much better.
I would recommend and will probably replace them with these, should they ever wear out.
